Heal now works with GitLab, and groups your defects by root cause: one fix, several defects closed.

- Heal now supports GitLab, in addition to GitHub.
- Introducing Root causes. Several user-facing defects are often caused by the same root cause. Heal now groups defects by root cause so you can easily target the most high-value fixes to close many defects. This often also gives insights into what system or component deserves love.
