At Heal.dev, trust and security are foundational to everything we build. Rigorous technical fundamentals are what allow us to support demanding software companies in one of their most critical goals: shipping high-quality software experiences.
Today we’re proud to share that Heal.dev is officially SOC 2 Type II compliant, a key milestone that validates our commitment to protecting our customers’ data and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
SOC 2, developed by the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), is one of the most rigorous frameworks for evaluating how companies manage customer data.
While SOC 2 Type I reviews the design of security controls at a single point in time, SOC 2 Type II goes further: it independently audits the effectiveness of those controls over an extended period.
This certification confirms that Heal.dev’s systems, processes, and policies meet strict criteria for:
Our customers trust Heal.dev to automate their end-to-end testing with zero maintenance and provide accurate bug reports about real bugs. Beyond that they trust us to build the best AI QA engineer that finds and fixes bugs at the speed of codegen.
That trust includes not only our high technical standards, but also how we handle your data, secure your environments, and run our operations. SOC 2 Type II compliance is independent verification that we uphold that trust every day.
“Achieving SOC 2 Type II compliance reinforces the foundation we’ve been building since day one: reliability, transparency, and technical rigor. It allows our customers to adopt Heal.dev with full confidence that their data and testing environments meet the same security standards as the best engineering organizations in the world.” Ferdinand, CTO at heal.dev
Or as Will, founding engineer, puts it “SOC 2 helps us build a clean and resilient architecture from the start”.
Security and privacy aren’t checkboxes, they’re part of our culture. We’ll continue to invest in new security practices, infrastructure improvements, and regular audits to ensure Heal.dev remains a trusted partner for engineering and QA teams who care about both speed and safety.
